Return Policy
You may return most items sold by LelandsWallpaper.com within 20 days of delivery for a refund.
We will not accept:
- Orders without an original order number and a copy of the order receipt.
- Products removed from their factory packaging or missing their factory labels.
- Products that have been opened or cut.
- Any item that shows signs of use or shipping damage.
- Personalized or custom created items are non-returnable.
- Wall murals priced greater than $100 are special order and non-returnable.
Customer's are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping! A 25% restocking
fee will be applied to all returns, thus customers will receive their original purchase price less
restock fee and shipping. Credits will be issued only to the credit card use for the purchase, and
credits for money orders will require a check to be issued.
